Super Bowl Sunday & My Mexican Fiesta

I love Super Bowl Sunday and no, I am not a football fan.  I love it because it gives me an excuse to be around food.  This year I'm going with a Mexican themed bash that uses tequila, adobo and agave nectar in several of the receipes.  Here's my starting line up:
