My rendition of Guy Fieri's Big Bud's Beer Can Chicken. Yes, that is a diet coke can which I had to use since we drink bottled beer. I emptied it, rinsed it and put in half a can of beer and smashed garlic cloves. The chicken was really crispy thanks to the bacon. The pan drippings made an awesome gravy. Not your typical beer can chicken recipe but a must try. Perfect for football season and tailgating.
