In my quest for all things tasty, I took on this recipe for mac and cheese from David Poe's BBQ which showed up in last week's Food Section of the AJC. A customer wrote in for the recipe, claiming this was the best mac and cheese he had since moving here a few years ago. Super simple to prepare and creamy beyond belief, I'm inclined to agree. The only changes to the recipe I made, were an addition of garlic salt, pepper and paparika sprinkled on top (sorry, it's just not mac an cheese with out it). This would also be good with some toasted bread crumbs sprinkled on top. I've included a snapshot of the recipe so you can give it a whirl. Love to know what you think.
