Skillet Lasagna



1 lb of Ground Beef or Turkey
1 Jar of Spaghetti sauce (16oz)
1 8oz package of lasagna noodles
1 8oz package of shredded or grated parmesan cheese
1 8oz package of shredded cheddar cheese
1 16oz package of mozzarella cheese


Brown ground meat and drain.  Add spaghetti sauce and adjust seasoning.  I like to add sugar, hot sauce, a little ketchup and soy sauce to my spaghetti sauce.  Let simmer for about 10-15 minutes.  Preheat broiler to 500 degrees.  Add 1 1/2 cups of water and break up about 8 lasagna noodles and add to the sauce.  Let cook until noodles are tender.  Add more water as needed.  When noodles are done, remove from heat, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella and cheddar and put under the broiler for 5 minutes or until cheese begins to brown and bubble.  Let rest for 10 minutes and serve.
